  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the wet ingredients.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips and walnuts.
  6. Bake for 16 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
