Sometimes you want something toasty, garlicky and buttery to go along with your main dish. That's where this quick and easy garlic bread comes in handy. Ready in less than 30 minutes, you'll be crunching your way to goodness in no time.

I like to pair this recipe with my easy baked ziti or spaghetti and turkey meatballs. It would also make a great side for a hearty soup or delicious salad.

If you don't have an Italian loaf, you can use a French baguette.

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
  3. Slice the bread in half lengthwise.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine the butter, garlic, parsley and salt. Spread evenly over the bread.
  5. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.

Storing leftovers

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. To reheat, wrap the bread in aluminum foil and bake for 10 minutes at 250 degrees Fahrenheit.
